These Levigators are 1ö thick and 11ö in diameter. Two bosses welded to the top side of the plate secure the free rotating handle and a lead counterweight. The counter-weight insures even wear on the contact surface of the Levigator. The counter-weight and handle maybe interchanged to further insure even wear. High quality paint, stainless steel handle shaft and parts prevent rust.
