Brief Description
Specifications
Traditional design of etching presses use a micrometer dial gauge on each side of the pressure adjusting assembly of the upper pressure roller. This Micrometer System allows the press operator a reference of height position of each side of the pressure drum relative to the press bed. The Synchronized Pressure System ties the two pressure adjusting assemblies together. When side ‘A’ is turned up or down side ‘B’ moves in unison. We now offer our presses with the traditional Micrometer System or the Synchronized Pressure System. If you have questions about the right system for your needs please call or email our sales staff. We will be glad to discuss the options.
This optional design allows accurate adjustment of printing pressure from a single side of the printing press. This eliminates the need to walk around or reach across the press each time you adjust printing pressure. Also eliminated is the need for Micrometer Dial Gauges. Repeatable pressure is achieved by setting the torque wrench and adjusting to desired pressure.
Takach Press's Optional Synchronized Pressure System allows accurate adjustment of the printing pressure from a single side of the press.
